Run cleaner. Lead better. Think sharper.

A newsletter for those managing sites, teams, standards, and expectations. By Paul Schokker.

If you’re the one responsible for keeping your workplace clean, compliant, and running smoothly, this is for you.

Not because you need more emails.

You don’t.

But because when it comes to cleaning, most of what’s out there is noise. And you don’t have time for noise. You need straight answers, honest context, and a clearer view of what “good” actually looks like.

That’s what I try to offer here.

This newsletter isn’t just about cleaning, though sometimes, it is.

It’s also about what we have in common, which is much more than you may realise. You’re trying to operate an organisation that’s both successful and ethical.

You’re working hard to keep your staff productive and happy. You’re also facing increasing pressures in the form of economic shifts and calls for efficiency.

So am I.

And none of this is easy. So every couple of weeks, I write to people like you who are trying to do this well. People who care about achieving outcomes without sacrificing integrity. Who want their spaces looked after, their staff safe, and their time respected.

Sometimes I tell stories from site. Sometimes I reflect on something I’ve seen. Sometimes I ask a question I think more people should be asking. But every time, it’s written with one thing in mind. To help you make better decisions faster, while also avoiding costly mistakes none of us can afford to make.
