I got a call recently from one of my suppliers. He works with a school on the north side of Brisbane. Over the last 18 months, they’ve switched their toilet paper and hand towel supplier three times.

In the last couple of weeks I had two very different conversations with two very different clients.

I want to talk to you today about RFQs for commercial cleaning. Now look, before we get into it, I need to be honest with you. I’m probably going to upset a few people here.
