The Terms of Use of the In-Tec Commercial Cleaning (In-Tec) website includes these terms and conditions, the In-Tec Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that appear on the In-Tec website. These Terms of Use will govern your access and use of In-Tec's website. By accessing and using In-Tec's website, you confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Use. 1. No warranty

While In-Tec strives to ensure the information and content on the In-Tec website is accurate and current, In-Tec does not make any warranty or representation as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency or adequacy of any of the website content or material. The user accepts that In-Tec's website may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. It is the responsibility of the user to make enquiries as to the accuracy and currency of the material displayed or stored on the In-Tec website. The user agrees not to modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, disseminate, broadcast, circulate, transmit, display, publish, sell or license any material or content available on the In-Tec website to a third party, or otherwise use it for any commercial or public purpose, without the express prior written consent of In-Tec.

3. Website access

Only authorised users are permitted access to the Website through the use of a user ID and password. Users are expected to keep their password secure and not disclose it to any third parties. In the event a user becomes aware or suspects their password has been compromised, the password should be immediately changed, and In-Tec notified in writing. In-Tec does not guarantee that uninterrupted access will always be available to In-Tec's website or that it is free from viruses or any other means that may damage any computer or server which accesses In-Tec's website. The user agrees not to access or use In-Tec's website in any way that violates any applicable international, federal or state laws and regulations

Unless indicated to the contrary, In-Tec does not control, endorse, sponsor or approve any third-party websites. In-Tec assume any responsibility or liability with respect to the material or content that may be accessed on third-party websites reached through the In-Tec website, nor does In-Tec make any representation, or provide any warranty, as to the quality of any product or service contained in a third-party website.


7. Interference or tampering

The user agrees not to modify, add to, delete or otherwise interfere or tamper with the material or content contained in the In-Tec website.


8. Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are to be governed by and construed pursuant to the laws of the State of Queensland. In the event a dispute arises from these Terms of Use, each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and irrevocably waives any right to claim that any Queensland court is an inconvenient forum.
