The Terms of Use of the In-Tec Commercial Cleaning (In-Tec) website includes these terms and conditions, the In-Tec Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that appear on the In-Tec website. These Terms of Use will govern your access and use of In-Tec's website. By accessing and using In-Tec's website, you confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Use. While In-Tec strives to ensure the information and content on the In-Tec website is accurate and current, In-Tec does not make any warranty or representation as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency or adequacy of any of the website content or material. 7. Interference or tampering

The user agrees not to modify, add to, delete or otherwise interfere or tamper with the material or content contained in the In-Tec website.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are to be governed by and construed pursuant to the laws of the State of Queensland. In the event a dispute arises from these Terms of Use, each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and irrevocably waives any right to claim that any Queensland court is an inconvenient forum.
